IPTV now available in many Brindlee Mountain Telephone Company service areas.  On July 14, 2009, Otelco’s Brindlee Mountain Division began to offer Digital IPTV to customers.

Otelco’s four Alabama telephone companies are participating in Governor Riley’s Alabama Broadband Initiative which is working to identify areas in Alabama lacking broadband Internet access and also identify the speeds at which consumers can access broadband in currently served areas.

January 19, 2009--The Nectar Town Council approved Otelco’s request for a Television franchise within the Town Limits.

On December 1, the Blountsville, AL division of Otelco began offering digital television to customers in the Blountsville area. 

For your convenience, Otelco customers can now view and pay your bill online.  

The LifeLine/Linkup Programs are part of the Federal Communications Commission’s Universal Service Fund Program.
